sing-along with the Barlow's
Well I have to say that there is no such thing as "too close" to the screen when Grandma and Grandpa Barlow are singing to you. James' parents sent us a little video of them singing some songs and talking to Gwen so when they visit in July she will be prepared. From the moment that we put the video in she was totally into it. So here are some photos to prove that she loves it. I think that since we have had the video she has watched it at least 50 times. She loves the fun little signs that Sylvia does with the songs. And it is great that she already loves the guitar. I think that she will be so excited to see them in a month, but she may be expecting them to sing all the time, and we don't mind that. Oh yeah the reason that she is in a diaper...she was watching as we were getting ready for the day.

Thanks for the pictures of Gwen watching our DVD. It makes it even harder to wait 3 more weeks until we get there. We really appreciate you playing it for her...50 times can be alot of songs playing in your head!

I prefer Brent and Syl's singing to a lot of kids shows these days, actually!! And the fact that it's interactive is a big plus! I think the singing videos are a great idea. I'm glad it's such a hit with Gwen! I love how she made sure to have a front row seat.

That little singing video, is such a cute idea. I love that Syl and hub thought of doing it prior to their trip out here. Now I see where James gets his video drive...lol.
That is the coolest idea for a long distance grandchild. Let me know if you need to borrow our guitar when you get here! You can perform live for your cute little Gwen.
