taking back the house
Alright here is what we started with the morning of Tuesday the 25th.
this is during the priming stage.
Here we have a little helper that was so excited to paint. And to stand on the step stool.
Ryan's flight was canceled and so he was here to see the final outcome. Also we had a whole can of this nice olive green and so we took a chance and made a change, and I have to say that I am really liking it. So the Barlow men take to their computers as soon as the paint is dry.
And I reclaim the kitchen and dining rooms. Welcome to our almost normal home.

I love the new wall colors. It wasn't like that before, was it? Very nice.
Lonna-I love the colors!!! They looks so awesome.. I need to branch out and actually put some color on my walls, but I am too afraid. White is so humdrum!

I think we were all disappointed to have Ryan stay an extra day, but at least he got his laundry out of your dryer! :0) I think the new green looks great! I am so glad you had an enthusiastic little helper! And has there been a recent furniture re-arrangement? (Recent as in since October!)

Lonna, look how much I've missed while I've been away. First of all I just have to say that you can have the title of "best wife ever". I don't know if I'd ever want Taylor taking over our house and re-painting it all in the name of art, although I really like the green wall afterwards, it's a really great color they picked out. So is the movie finished? Mike is always so vague about these projects and almost doesn't mention them when I talk to him. I'm excited to see the final product. I'm glad that you finally have somewhere to get Gwen ready for bed again, although those bathtub pictures were beyond adorable.
Oh my gosh, I just caught up on your blog (I'm having a decent day, not so sick) and WOW!!!! That doesn't look like your place at all with those green walls. YOU WERE not kidding! Gwen looks so much older and so beautiful. We miss her so much!!! I bet when we see you guys that Brooklyn is gonna give her the biggest hug and kiss. Ok, here's a request from me....PLEASE POST A PREGGO PIC!!! I'm dying to see how much bigger your belly has grown!!!
