Last night at the outdoor concert a few little girls came up to Gwen and offered her a "broken" game of electronic Yatzee. She was not really interested in it so I put it in the bag and found it this morning. I looked it over and it was only missing a battery, so I added one and the sound of hand held game music filled our ears. Well suddenly Gwen was interested in it. So we were going about our regular things to do and I was getting ready to change the sheets. So I came in to our room to get the rest of the laundry and this is what I found...

Yep that is Gwen the gamer. Did I know that she was interested in hand held games? Nope! But I think that I have a pretty good clue as to where she may get her electronic intrigue from...they call him James. I guess that we will see what the future holds for us. Maybe she will be the next really big thing in Yatzee.

Uh-oh! That looks like the beginning of a new hobby. She looks like she's having a great time. Glad you made it to another concert!
Well it really looks like a good game of Yatzee! She must be winning! She even has on the classic 'don't even think about disturbing me' face, only reserved for electronics in this family. I know it well, and I can tell she means business. Game on, Gwen! :)
I'll play you any day Gwen. I took state in Yahtzee.
Why would anyone give away an electronic game of Yahtzee? Oh well, it looks like you guys are reaping the benefits. I love that Gwen is totally kicked back and lounging on the pillow, it looks like she's going to be putting in some serious time on the game. Good luck to Gwen, when I was 8 I was playing with my grandma's poker electronic game and I ended up getting a Royal Flush and I was just pushing buttons, maybe Gwenny will get lucky too.
It is strange how genetics work! She certainly is taking after her father, we are really glad she gets her looks from her mother! Watch out James, she will be winning games against you now!
Love,
Syl
Gwen, could you be any cuter or smarter??? WE LOVE YOU!!!!
