trunk or treat
We attended our wards trunk or treat this weekend and let me tell you it was a zoo! Wow there were so many people there. Here is Gwen and James taking a turn in the costume parade.
Gwen used the boo! bucket from the baby shower, it was just her size, and not too heavy.

The first trunk of the night. Gwen just stood there as the man asked her what she should say.
Here we are getting the hang of the take the candy part.
She has the eating the candy part pretty much perfected. She really likes the starburst chews.
It was a good night for the trunk or treat and Gwen had a great time with dad.
Here is Harrison's costume but you couldn't really see it in the carrier, oh well I knew that he was festive.
When we got home Gwen saw James taking a picture so she ran over to get in on the fun. As you can see on Gwen's face she really enjoyed the candy that she got. And she shared her stickies with all that she touched. Its a good think that they are cute, because we sure do put up with a lot of not so cute things.

That bucket is TINY! I guess it's good to start them out real small, because you know it's only going to get bigger each year. As kids, we got to the point where we were taking gigantic pillow cases and seeing how full we could fill them. I can't believe a dentist would allow his children to have like 8 pounds of candy stashed under their beds. I love Harrison's little outfit, I think the Boo on the footies are my favorite feature.
P.S. You really do look so good, I love your hair.
Adorable costumes for the kids! I think that little fish costume is the cutest thing I have ever seen, as well as Harrison's outfit with Boo on the bottom.
Gwen is the cutest fish I have ever seen! I love the festive little outfit on Harrison too. I am disappointed to hear about Gwen's understanding that the candy is hers, all hers... I hope you were able to salvage some of your favorites from her stash while she wasn't looking! :) Last year my kids didn't even know they got candy, this year may be a totally different story.

Oh my goodness, Gwen is the perfect little goldfish!!! And I love the "Boo Bum"!!!
Gwen is the darlingist fish I have ever seen! She is so CUTE with her little face peeking out from the mouth of the fish! Just change the b in boo on Harrison's costume to a p and it is an accurate indicator of his main function right now! Thanks so much for the pictures! We loved them.

Man, I totally didn't seize the moment to see and hold Harrison! There were too many distractions, I suppose (trick or treaters, for example). He sure looks cute! Great pictures of everyone!
