stuck on you

A long time ago in a place kind of far away one of our neighbors had this really fun idea, Make your own magnets. Well since then I have had some supplies but never gotten around to it, until yesterday. The kids were slightly out of control, but we had already been in the pool, had naps, and done all the regular stuff and still had some time to kill before James came home, so we looked for a little craft to do...which brings us to magnet making 101.

It so simple, and by that I mean that Gwen pretty much did it by herself. All you need are a few basic supplies, craft glue, magnet strip with the sticky stuff on one side, clear stones and scissors. Lets begin.
Since we were doing this with the kids we found magazines that had things in them that they would like.
Cut out some pictures and fun prints in little circles and then found the glue.
cut up the magnets and stuck them on the back sides...
And there you go, ready for the fridge, just like that. Seriously that is it!
naturally I dropped a few of them on the way to the fridge, but no harm done still sticks we are ready for some kid drawings!
