walker Texas ranger

Within the last week we have had an exciting adventure. Gwen stared walking. It is really funny I have heard people talk about how just one day they will up and walk around, but I was having a hard time believing that it would be so simple...then ta-da. James and I were talking in our room and I had Gwen on the floor with me, then all of a sudden she stood up and walked right past me and into the bathroom. I was laughing and crying at the same time, but I have to say that the best part is that both James and I were able to see her take her first steps and then we were also able to share the moment that she walked long distance. There is a new sheriff in our home now, and she is on the move for sure. So watch out Chuck Norris. ( Oh if you are wondering what she is doing roaming around practically naked it is because she was on her way to the bath.)

Way to go Gwen! Walking! It is always such an event when they start walking. There is no stopping her now! That is so great that you both got to see her first walking. That is unusual and so nice for both of you. I am glad you are legal residents of Texas now!
Love,
Syl

Yay for Gwen and congratulations! I love how proud of themselves they are those first few steps! I can't believe how grown up they seem when they start walking. Not to mention, it brings the term 'baby proof' to a whole new level!

Congratulations!! Now the workout begins! Never under estimate their speed and ability. Life is now going to get a little more entertaining and definitely life will be moving in a faster pace! Tell Gwennie that we love her and congratulations.
Love you guys,
Kelly, Steve, and Cooper

Oh my, I can't believe it! She looks so grown up walking now. That will come in handy when you tummy starts expanding to not have to carry her always. Way to go, Gwen.

Way to go Gwennie!!
Now just think Lonna, She will be in to everything! And you will enjoy every minute of it. That is wonderful.. She will become a speed walker in no time flat and you will be running to keep up!

Hugs and kisses
Suzy
