Here it is!! The power cord to the laptop. It arrived this morning at 10:00 am and I almost gave the delivery man a hug, that is how excited I was to have the power back. Thank you apple for overnighting it to us, you have just proved to me your loyalty to the customer. I have to say that I never knew how dependent I was upon the computer...it truly is my link to the outside world. I am an addict! I look up so many things all day long. I never thought that I would care so much about a computer that has all my own settings and bookmarks and passwords, but I sure do. So world we are back, and it feel pretty dang good.

Welcome back!!! I know just how you feel, I think I check everybody's blog and my e-mail about 30 times a day. Taylor calls me a blog-a-whore (nice huh!?) Anyway, I'm glad you got your cord and I too am totally impressed and completely happy with Apple.
Yeah! I was expecting to not see any LONNA LIFE on the blog for a few days! Woohooo!
I'm real glad to have the power of the internet back at my fingertips so we can look up stuff like the origin of "ok" and the phone number to Mesa Rosa without having to walk in to the other room and talk to the supercomputer.
Way to go apple.
Not a moment too soon! I think this incident would classify as an EMERGENCY in our house as well. :0)
