Personality strikes

Well I was talking to James about how having a girl was supposed to allow me to dress her how I wanted to. Allowing me to put her in the things that I like. Well I was really wrong because this is not the first time that she has picked and fought her way into the clothes that she chose.
So just to clarify she is wearing shorts and a little t-shirt that is covered by a tu-tu and little pink Sunday ballet shoes. (thanks to Leslie for the shoes) I like all these items, but not so much all together. I guess that I should have taken a lot more pictures in the outfits that I had before this little personality trait came along. I guess that it is a good thing that we are having another one so I can at least dress one of them.

Oh so cute!!! I'd loooove for her and B to dress up together and twirl around. Let's pray that we get to move back to Austin in not the too distant future so Gwennie and Brooklyn can hang out again!

What is going on in the reflection of your tv? It looks like somebody with a baby has taken my spot on your couch, and he's using my laptop! (On second thought, that can't be a reflection, it is too perfect. What in the world is going on, are you watching a movie of James sitting on your couch?)

I'm glad to see that you haven't done anything yet with the empty picture frame on the floor in your living room, at least some things haven't changed.

Gwen sure is cute.

Uh oh! another strong willed granddaughter! At least it won't be true that her mother dresses her funny. She is, as always, darling!
Love,
Syl

Good Luck with the dressing issue. It's fun to dress them while it lasts, and you did it so well. I'm sure your sense of style will show up in her in about another 10 years.

So I don't think that's a reflection on the tv so much as the Brent and Syl singing DVD. Am I right?
Well Gwen, I see you have finally come around and let your toes be suffocated in closed toed shoes...Just in time for winter. Thank goodness your mom doesn't have to pull out the ol' socks and sandals. If only we could say we've made the same strides with pants!! WAY too restrictive, apparently. We do have a warning on those shoes, you may have noticed if they are worn too long taking them off can clear a room! Too bad they are the only shoes Londie will wear.
