Grrrr! I have been trying to add one other image for the last hour, and lets just say that blogger is driving me crazy. So I guess that I will do that one later. As for our weekend it was fun and filling. On Friday we had dinner with Ryan and Leslie and on Saturday we took a family trip to Chili's. I will admit that taking the kids to a sit down restaurant is a risky game, but we took a little chance and it was great the kids did so good. Gwen played with all the sugars and she and James counted them and played a color game.

Harrison was a champ too. He didn't cry or fuss, he just ate and looked around and played and threw his food on the ground. Hey I can't complain he was being so quite. So at the end of the meal James had told Gwen that we could get some cake if she was good, so we had to hold up to our end of the bargin, no complaints on my end.

The chocolate molton cake is one of my favorites!! And I think that it went over really well...

Even Harrison dug in and liked it. I guess they really are my kids. Sunday was our first day in the new callings, I am excited to see how James likes hanging out with all the YM in our ward, and as for me Primary is pretty entertaining. Oh how I do love a good extended weekend.

Have you ever tried the White Chocolate Molten cake?? It is also to-die-for. I'm a big fan of the desserts at Chili's
We love Chili's and it's always nice when the kids are good. Glad it worked out for you guys. Last time we went they had choc chip molten cake, it was quite delicious too, but of course I didn't get all I wanted b/c the girls were faster than me.
I like the brownie dessert with ice cream, can't think of what it's called, but it's really good. Haven't been there in a while, but your picture makes me want to!
That is a darling picture of Gwen, but, she looks so grown up. How was the first week of the callings? The next time you call I have a great website for you to check out for sharing time. Katie Morely shared it with me just last week and I think it will be great for me too. The kids are so cute and I'm glad they were good for you at the restaurant, as you know we didn't do that too often when you were growing up but you kids were always good (in public) just kidding. We haven't been to Chili's in ages. but the last time we were it was not a happy time. So we haven't been there since. Hope your week goes well. love ya, Mom and Dad
Oh Padawon, my young Jedi you have yet to learn the power of the force, especially with a dessert bribe. When crossing over to the dark side make sure it is devil food cake.
You are smart to make up games with sugar packets instead of let your kids devour them. The things we parents do in moments of desperation trying to keep kids quiet...though maybe my kids would get distracted by that CHOCOLATE CAKE as well! I love that even Harry can't pass up the chocolate. I always knew we would be great friends. Looks like so much fun, I'm glad you enjoyed your long weekend! (Long to some of us, ryan for sure did not have it off)
Yum-Yum. That's all I can say. My mouth is watering right now.
I would be good if I got dessert after dinner! Looks like a fun family night. You can't beat kids cooperating at a restaurant and having it be a good experience.
That is my absolute, all-time, favorite dessert! Good choice. You're kids are sooo cute. I'm always impressed with Gwen's hair. Even trying a pony tail with Kennedy these days is like pulling teeth! And I love how independent Harrison is getting. I hope you find your camera soon!
