snow envy

A bunch of our family and friends in Utah have informed us that they have snow. And some of them have quite a bit of it. Well we here in Texas have no snow and are having a hard time remembering what it is really like. After Gwen and I saw a few pictures on Ryan and Leslie's blog showing their girls playing in the snow, Gwen ran and pulled out her winter hat.
Funny enough we use that hat to play in and not for actual cold weather use. Oh well at least when we pretend that there is snow we stay warm and dry.

I love that cute little smile! We don't see it as often as we would like to. Practice makes perfect...Gwen will be all ready for the snow when you come and visit.
love,
Syl

Snow does seem to take on a magical quality once you have children, though usually those children take on an obsessive quality and want to go out first thing in the morning, not to mention head straight into the snow instead of the car and everywhere you go you will be trailing it. Even still, it would be wise for you to plan a trip out here in the next couple of months. We could definitely use a 3rd person for our snowball fights. Oh and bring the hat, it is adorable!!

I love that little hat on Gwen. Keep holding out for cold, there is always hope for a famous Texas ice storm.

Gwen is so cute! I love hats for little kids. My little one is still too small for most of hers.
