So this is basically how Sunday started out, and ended for us. Snowing, snowing, snowing. Gwen was able to keep herself and everyone else entertained through a few simple games.

Peek a boo can you spot the floating pony tail?

How about a ride in the laundry basket. She was pulled around by Dad and Grandma so when the rides were over there is only one way to get out...tip the bucket over and crawl out. Of course. There has been so much snow during our trip that I think we will restrict our visits to the safety of dry weather from now on. That also means less stuff to pack.

Amen, sister... So as much as you're sick of the snow, can you just imagine what it's like for those of us living here with like 4 months left to go of winter!!....ahhh, it's enough to make me go crazy!
Lonna, Summer is much better than this junky winter.. I am soo sick of looking out the window at all of this mess!!
I was glad to see you, even if it was only in passing.
Love
Suzy
So did you make it home with all that snow? At least you know how to have a good time. Thats why we love the Barlows. I hope you fully enjoy your beautiful Austin winter (until you have a nasty ice storm.
Brrrrr. Kelly and I went to Denver for the weekend and when we picked up our car at the Austin airport, it was 82 degrees. I love living in a warmer climate! I hope you're having a fun trip!
I'm tired of snow. Can I come visit you in Texas for the rest of the winter?
Isn't she cute! She was so fun to have around! Even if she did bring us EVERYTHING at her eye level! Thanks for the visit!
love,
Syl
Ah, the bucket games. Once you get sucked into pulling a kid around, there's no end. That's why it's dad's job....or better yet, grandparents. It's always fun when kids find a new audience. It looks like you may have gotten a little breather on your trip.
i love warm weather. however, a little visit to the snow now and then isn't too bad. the first day we got to NY, brent's mom make little snowmen with tyson in the kitchen. that's my kind of playing in the snow!
