Where is Miss Lori?

I don't know how many people watch the PBS kid shows, but Gwen loves Super Why, Curious George, and Sesame Street. And in between the shows there are little learning games with this lady named Miss Lori. Well today we turned it on and there was someone else instead of our friend Miss Lori. Did I miss something? I guess that I better get to work to see what is going on in the public broadcasting world.

I just googled "where is miss lori?" and came up with your post. Glad I'm not the only one wondering where she is.

Who is this new chick, anyway? She tries too hard. ;)

I love Miss Lori, even though she wears the same outfit everyday. Where is she? Did they get rid of Hooper too?

I noticed this today and was baffled. It was big this season when Miss Lori finally changed outfits and got a new hairstyle...now they have changed out Miss Lori? Any parent with kids who love PBS shows has got to be wondering the same thing. Curious George and Super Why are our morning staples.

Kind of like where's Waldo...where's Lori lurking? I don't have any answers.

I'm out of it here...but I remember how much of a letdown it was on Blues Clues when the original guy was replaced by a new one. Steve maybe? I haven't seen the show for a while, but my son loved it. I hope you find out what happened to Miss Lori.

I don't know what happened but it appears to be a permanent switch. Welcome to the new days of "Miss Rosa".

Here I am! Hi everyone. Thank you so much for your concern. I am sorry that you were not given advanced notice or an explanation about the changes in the block. As a mother of three myself I know how important it is to have consistency in my children's lives. I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your children's morning routine for the last two years. I can tell you that PBS, along with Block Executive Producers Out Of The Blue Enterprises, (Blues Clues), decided last year that they wanted a different face leading the show for season 3. I am still a part of the morning routine opening for Super Why in the second hour however. I have a blog explanation about it on my myspace page at missloricampusmusic as well as my official website missloriscampus.com. I am sorry for the disruption, but hopefully my videos and music will be a small consolation. Please let me know what you think. I love to hear from children and their families!

Let Your SMILE Shine On!

I am glad she's gone, I wanted to change the tv every time I saw her. She seemed completely fake. My kids weren't fond of her either. I thought she tried too hard.

Heaven forbid we have an English-only speaking person on such a politically correct channel - here in the USA. I give credit to Miss Lori for keeping a positive outlook despite the discrimiation.

I miss you Miss Lori! I was really sad when you left and then I didn't like watching Miss Rosa because she wasn't as fun as you.
